Q: What do I do when I arrive for the conference?
A: Please make your way to the 17 Smith Street church entrance. You will then be directed to our registration team located in the Mezzanine Lobby. You will be given further instructions upon check-in.
Q: HOW DO I ADD AN ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE TO MY ALREADY-REGISTERED GROUP?
You may go to your Manage Page in order to access the Manage Groups page, where you will find the “join group” link that you can use to sign up the additional invitee or that you can send to the invitee so that they can sign up themselves.
Q: What if I arrive late or have to leave early?
A: We will have late registration available. Upon arrival, please visit our Information Table located in the Smith Street Lobby for check–in. In the event that you have to leave early, you will still be able to participate in any remaining sessions. Be sure to always wear your lanyard, as it grants you access to all conference activities.
Q: Is there a dress code for the conference?
A: We are not enforcing a particular dress code; however, we do encourage modesty at all times.
Q: Can additional friends and family members come?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer a special day rate or discounted registration for friends and family. If anyone chooses to come to any part of the conference, they will have to be registered to attend.
Q: Can I switch to a different service than the one I selected to sing with the choir?
A: Due to our stage capacity and high volume of responses from registrants for each service, we kindly ask that you adhere to the service in which you have been placed, ensuring your ability to sing with The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
Q: What do I do with my luggage on Sunday?
A: We encourage everyone to inquire about luggage storage options at their hotel. We will be providing luggage storage on Sunday. This service will be offered to all registrants only during the service for which they are scheduled to sing. For any other service you choose to attend on Sunday other than the one for which you are scheduled, you will need to plan accordingly to secure storage for your luggage. Please see one of our volunteers (wearing a teal t-shirt) for direction and assistance.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. Parking can be found at the following parking lot:

Discount parking is available after 3pm. For information on current rates, please contact the number above or call the church at 718.290.2000.
There is also free parking (no meters–first come first served) on Sundays on Atlantic Ave, Schermerhorn Street, and State Street.
Q: What meals will be served at the conference?
A: Your registration package this year includes dinner on Friday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday, at our annex.
For dinner on Saturday and your meals on Sunday, you are on your own to choose from a variety of restaurants in the area. For a preview of nearby restaurants, click here.
Q: CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
A: Yes, we will give full refunds up to 30 days prior to the event (August 29th).
