Who Are We?
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences, the loss of a loved one. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Most people quickly feel comfortable and accepted in their GriefShare group. They discover there are others who have the same kind of feelings they do and who understand the hurt they feel and the loss they have experienced.
There are three parts to the GriefShare experience:
Encouraging, information-packed videos, featuring leading grief recovery experts.
Small group discussion about the weekly video content.
Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics.
If you have recently experienced the death of a loved one, we invite you to join us for our GriefShare orientation. During this orientation, we will share what takes place at our weekly GriefShare sessions and introduce group facilitators. In addition, one or two of our leaders or alumni will provide a short summary of their grief-related journey.
