Mission:

The goal of the Welcome Ministry is to show God’s love and be his hand extended to visitors and members attending our Sunday services and special events, providing assistance as needed.

Greeters

Greeters welcome members and visitors entering the church for services and special events and provide visitor information on childcare and other services.

Welcome Center Ambassadors

WC Ambassadors engage and assist first-time visitors before and after each service.

Translation Ambassadors

Translation Ambassadors welcome and provide assistance to non-English language speakers.

Information Services Assistants

Information Services Assistants provide members and visitors with information related to church services, ministries, events; and with other pertinent information as needed.

Ministry Leaders:

Justin and Katherine Lewandowski provide oversight to each area of the Welcome Ministry: the Greeters, the Welcome Center, Information Services and Translation Assistance.

Ministry Requirements:

Every volunteer must be a member of The Brooklyn Tabernacle (or in the process of becoming a member)

Every volunteer must make a one-year commitment to the Ministry

Every volunteer must serve one Sunday a month and/or as needed for special events
